I don't have an iPhone but do have the iTouch and carry it with me on my bird outings. I use a field guide app (especially if I've forgotten a book), bird sounds in mp3 and sometimes a notepad app in lieu of paper. A ChripTracker app would be great particularly if it had an "offline" phase so I could submit my sightings once I got back to a wifi area. Thanks CTTeam! ChirpTracker OleBuck here.
